How To Redeem Festival Passes

1. PURCHASING FESTIVAL PASSES

Upon purchase of your festival pass, an email will be sent to the recipient's email that was entered.

In the email received a QR code will appear, with the redemption code underneath. If you are redeeming the festival pass at the box office, please show one of our friendly staff the QR code, they will then scan the QR code and redeem one ticket per regular session.

When redeeming the festival pass online, you will need the code that is shown underneath the QR code.

2. SELECTING YOUR TICKETS

When you are on the festival event page, scroll down and click on the movie page you are wanting to redeem a festival pass for.

When the movie page has loaded, select the session you are wanting to redeem the festival pass for.

The 'tickets' page will load, please add the 'Adult' ticket option and select 'NEXT: SEATS'.

Once you have selected your seats, and any food & drink option, you will arrive at the 'Cart' menu where you will be able to apply the festival pass code.

3. ENTERING YOUR FESTIVAL PASS CODE

At the 'Cart' tab of the checkout process the relevant film information will be displayed. On the page there is a tab underneath the pricing to 'Add Gift Card, Voucher, Promo Codes'. Add the code found underneath the QR code here. Please note to not include the hashtag and ensure that what is entered matches the code from the email as it is case sensitive.

Once you have entered the festival code, a pop up screen will appear. Select 'REDEEM' on a valid ticket, and the pass will be applied to the order. Please note that each ticket can only be used for a single regular session at a time.

When the ticket has been successfully applied, you can progress to the payment stage, and finish the transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, an email will be sent to your with your individual film ticket.
