Closing Night: ENJOY A GLASS OF WINE / BEER ON ARRIVAL Based on a true story, Dream Team follows Marek, an unsuccessful basketball coach whose disabled teenage son dreams of competing in the Paralympics. Lacking the resources to form a legitimate team, Marek makes a reckless decision: he recruits able-bodied players and persuades them to fake disabilities. What begins as a desperate shortcut quickly spirals into a moral minefield. Balancing humour with unease, the film explores how good intentions can slide into manipulation - and where responsibility ends when ambition takes over.
