HOW TO BOOK TICKETS WITH YOUR SUFF PASS

Text - How to book tickets

Upon purchase of your festival pass, an email will be sent to the recipient. In the email a QR code will appear, with the redemption code underneath. To book tickets with your pass, select a valid SUFF film and enter the code at the checkout page. Please note to not include the hashtag and ensure that what is entered matches the code from the email as it is case sensitive. A pop-up will occur, select ‘REDEEM’. On the left side of the page all valid redemptions will appear including your festival ticket. Select ‘APPLY’, and your festival pass ticket will apply to that film.

Each ticket can only be used for a single regular session at a time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SUFF Festival Pass can only be purchased online or at the Newtown Cinema Box Office.

SUFF Festival Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

SUFF Festival passes can only be redeemed for regular screenings during the Sydney Underground 2024 Film Festival.

SUFF Festival passes cannot be used for opening and closing night events.

Booking fees apply when redeemed online.

Each ticket can only be used for a single regular session at a time.

Unused tickets remaining on the pass at the end of the festival period are not eligible for refund and are forfeit.
